Most countries in the world have coins as part of their currency. Coins are used as a form of money in transactions of various kinds, from the everyday circulation coins to the storage of large numbers of bullion coins. It can be little as one tenth of a unit or as high as two units. In the present day, coins and banknotes make up currency, the cash forms of all modern money systems. Coins make up for paying bills; and usually used for lower-valued items and banknotes for the higher values items.
